What you get from us

This position allows for you to do the work from home at any reasonable location within the continental US. It offers a competitive base salary plus health insurance, paid time off, 401k, technology budget, and other benefits for the right candidate. A commission / sales bonus program can be discussed and put in place by the beginning of your second year if you have proven your ability to generate revenue for Polyrific during your first year.

Is Polyrific right for you?

It’s a question only you can answer. We are a diverse but tight-knit group of professionals who are building a business culture that much larger companies aspire to; one that prizes and prioritizes a healthy work-life balance. We recognize that time is our most valuable currency, the balance of which can never be checked, so we look for ways to maximize the time we “spend” on the people and things we love most. Having a distributed, work-from-home team helps us all to do just that.

However, results matter here and anything less than stellar performance is noticed quickly. We are a down-to-earth team of “doers'' with little tolerance for pretense. Those who manage, do so because they have proven time and again that they can do the jobs of those they are managing, and they are still willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to make Polyrifc succeed so we can protect the sweet gig that we all have.

Polyrific is a very rapidly growing company and is well suited for people who can handle lots of excitement and live by a “work hard, play hard” philosophy.

Job will be taken down when vacancy is filled.
